What impressed us the most was their flexibility and dedication. On the day of the wedding, the weather threw us a curveball with unexpected rain. The ceremony was originally planned for the pergola, and they seamlessly created a beautiful indoor setup as a backup. Then, when the rain calmed down last minute, they pivoted again (very quickly and efficiently) so we could still have our dream outdoor ceremony under the pergola. That kind of adaptability and grace under pressure is rare and unforgettable. Their response time, courtesy, and kindness were outstanding from start to finish.
